I have the same thing, and it can't be stopped π₯, but over time, when you learn to live with it and distinguish that it was created by anxiety and not desire, it slowly disappears.

@Fcukocd yes that's right.. so convince yourself that it's anxiety, acting as a groin, and that the body mixes those things because of fear.. even if the body reacts, the brain connected it to sex, because of our analyses, and the body doesn't know the difference! connect the TV with sex in the brain and when you see it you will have groins...just the brain thinks it should be like that, because we have analyzed it all for too long

@Fcukocd it's not easy for any of us! especially with the subject of pocd, incest, ocd and other things..but day after day, when the trigger comes, let you feel all that, and no matter how awful it is, continue without analysis..that's the only way..the only

@Anonymous that's right.. the brain doesn't know what the truth is, it only associates what we give it, but since we have OCD, we go to hell with it and the more we don't want it, the more we imagine it to get a negative answer, but in fact we feel more and more deeply what we don't want.. when I hear a voice or a breath of a person that is a trigger for me, the same thing... because I made a connection like that, now I have to get out of it and the path is neither easy nor short..

@Fcukocd it's a false security..a compulsion..because if one is liquid for anything, you'll fall into shit.. If it was real, you would enjoy it and not feel despair.. it's an act of anxiety.. imagine that your arm hurts and focus hard on it, you will feel something ..it's just like that

@Fcukocd yes, it started for me when I read somewhere, I wasn't even aware of it, and since then I just reinforced it by exposing myself to the trigger in the hope that it would go away, but in fact it got worse.. I even wanted to prove it by stimulation through touching, but it got worse in vain.. so hell upon hell.. and we did it all ourselves..

@Fcukocd yes yes..that is the strength of imagination and signal which brain receives and regulates, but it is not in accordance with you, it was your fear that did it, not your desire..
