I am genuinely not doing well and I currently don’t know who to talk to. The suicide prevention hotline from my country has been busy for the past couple of hours and I feel incredibly helpless. I also appreciate it whenever people on this app offer me their help, I do however feel like it’s better for me to talk to someone by phone and I also don’t want to potentially trigger anyone.
I’m sorry you’re going through this. I suggest talking to someone you’re close with, perhaps a family member, but I get the idea of not wanting to worry anyone. You definitely need to prioritize yourself rn though, and I’m able to talk if you need. Don’t worry about triggering me, I’m desensitized to nearly everything 😭 Best piece of advice I have for right now, if you see this, is finding an appropriate place to unapologetically let out your emotions. I relate to this post quite a bit, and an emotional reset could be helpful. And maybe do something physical. We’re also a year apart in age (saw your profile) so we probably have some things in common. I suggest finding someone to yap to while the chemicals subside (if you’re still in crisis)
@JeffTheGiraffe I don’t have anyone to talk to, especially within my family, so I’d actually appreciate it but I also feel bad/weird commenting under this post as anyone could read everything that’s currently going on in my life and although I’ve already overshared enough on this app about a friendship of mine, I do feel like this might cross the line of my privacy

@JeffTheGiraffe Hello, I think in overall I am doing slightly better. Sorry for not answering, sometimes I fall into days or weeks of not checking any app except for instagram and tiktok (probably another habit I should quit) but I do really appreciate your effort to help me
@sr.ek yeah! no worries. always here. (im currently unemployed womp womp) and instagram is soul numbing, i only use it once in a blue moon for brainrot reels and checking dms.
