Having things rearranged a certain way or done a certain way until it “feels right”! Always thought it was some sort of intuition thing until it started becoming a lot more obvious that it was more than that. 😬
Ruminating. I honestly thought it was just anxiety, and I thought I was just overthinking so much I was dissociating for long periods of time. Nope, just ruminating for hours sometimes.
Impulsive/intrusive thoughts. Really thought those "belonged" to other disorders

I think I'd had every theme leading up to my eventual diagnosis at 40. I was still lucky though.
