@Endlessly Pondering Me too! I am trying to break that habit and just read a book. I have to stay away from reading about anxiety or OCD. Itâs what keeps me locked up.
Needing to even out a touch like if someone touched my head, I had to touch the other side to make it feel right.
@CatMom42 For me, if someone touches one place too long⌠like tapping or poking me repeatedlyâŚ. That is all I can think about to the point that it becomes painful. And I will usually lash out in angerâŚ. Thankfully, my family and closest friends know that I have a personal bubble that they need to stay out of so that I donât âpopâ hahaha đ
Ruminating. I honestly thought it was just anxiety, and I thought I was just overthinking so much I was dissociating for long periods of time. Nope, just ruminating for hours sometimes.

Having things rearranged a certain way or done a certain way until it âfeels rightâ! Always thought it was some sort of intuition thing until it started becoming a lot more obvious that it was more than that. đŹ

I think I'd had every theme leading up to my eventual diagnosis at 40. I was still lucky though.
