Have you tried turning off all Google searching devices off for 30 minutes at a time. Just to give yourself a break

Yes, but the urge to Google is sometimes just too big. My doc did some research on me two days ago and said that I did not have MS, but I maybe do have a vitamin b12 definiency or it's caused due to anxiety. But here I am, testing myself on MS again. I just have to know it for sure, otherwise the urge is too big to stop using Google

@nikita90 Thank you. The hard part about it is that I just can't ignore it.. Two days ago my doc said I am most likely to not have MS, but right now I just havo to Google for symptoms bc I think the doc is wrong. Since the appointment with my doc my bowel system also hurts and I think it's IBS (probably due to chronic stress and anxiety). But my mind keeps telling me it's something worse. Do you also suffer from health OCD?

@nikita90 You very much right about OCD. I feel exactly what you're going through. I don't know if it's going to help you, but maybe check out on YouTube @CherelleThinks. She has some really great videos about health OCD. It's very brave of you letting go of the compulsions. It'll be very hard for me to let go of the compulsions bc looking for reassurance has become a big part of my life, which is very bad. I'm also not diagnosed with OCD, but I really do think I have it bc I always get nasty thoughts, obsess about them, and then look for some relief in the form of reassurance. Please let me know what you think about the YouTube channel?

Are you always Googling the same illness symptoms and treatments?

Most of the time I search for MS. But sometimes I have concerns of having cancer. MS is by far the worst one for me

Do you find relief in Googling? Or does it make your symptoms worse? May i ask, do you think you have MS when your OCD is not so out of control?
