worried I am brain damaged on anti psychotics

I also have had thoughts that real life asbestos exposures have damaged me in ways that cannot be repaired. I know the hell those thoughts have put me through, and I wouldn't wish it on nearly anyone. A couple things to remember: other people's outcomes, and studied outcomes are not garunteed to be your own personal outcomes. They represent a populace, not your own experiences. And secondly, embrace the ambivalence to the effects it has had on you. You are still here thinking and writing 🙂
