@moi123 okay i’m just going to avoid all the detail because that seems to be what’s getting my posts blocked. basically long story short i feel like i’m lying to myself and just don’t want to admit to being a creep. i want to keep living and do my best to be a good and helpful person but i just feel like a fraud no matter what i do, and i guess i’m just wondering if it’s really okay for me to keep going when there’s a possibility that i might be a horrible person
@wa11flower - Huh too bad that your posts are blocked. Maybe you can censore words or i dont know. But this sounds like Ocd and maybe you should accept that there is possibility as it’s the same with us.
@moi123 yeah i’ve tried censoring words already but it just never works 😓 anyways, thanks again for your reply. i know you’re right i just really hate having to accept uncertainty when the the things i’m worried about are so haunting, but yeah i guess there really isn’t much else for me to do

@moi123 i’m 20, and yes i am working with a therapist. she’s very supportive, but ever since i’ve started erp i’ve doing much worse. i genuinely don’t understand what’s happening. like i said though, my therapist is great. i think it’s probably me who’s doing something wrong idk

@moi123 yeah i plan to, it’s just that it’s the weekend right now so i’ll have to wait a couple of days so i was just trying to get some advice to hold me over in the meantime

I had struggled with POCD and conquered it 😃 Remember, It can feel very real and thoughts can keep building the more fearful of them you become. Your brain protects you by focusing on catastrophized outcomes
