It might help you to think about it in a more medical sense--like, yes, you probably don't want to be walking around in clothes that have fluid in/on them, but it's just a thing that your body is doing on its own, not something you're deliberately choosing to do. I don't know if this true of your religion, and I know that a lot of them have rules about where you do or don't put your semen, but sometimes the rules only apply in things that you choose. For example, if it happened in your sleep, which happens to almost every man in the world, lots of people wouldn't consider that to be a sin or a breaking of any purity, since you can't control it. In my own religion, things that are directly caused by OCD (or any health condition, body or brain) do not "count" as sin or impurity, because I wasn't able to choose to do it. We also had a lot of rules about chastity and modesty, and there were always exceptions for medical things, like if someone had a seizure and fell down, and their clothes accidentally got ripped or pulled, and the people around were able to see their private areas, that's okay, since it wasn't a choice that person made. Of course, we still have to work on whatever illness or disorders we have, since choosing to get treatment is the part that's within our control, but the intention is that it doesn't have anything to do with your own purity. I hope that your religion is like this as well, and I've heard of a lot of other groups that share that belief. Peace and blessings!
