Do you think it’s better if the person you date or a spouse also has OCD? In some ways I think it would be good if both parties have OCD because they can really understand how the OCD world works. And maybe they could help one another with ERP Like by holding each other accountable and they could also encourage one another. But on the other hand it might be double trouble especially especially if they both share same OCD themes? Or maybe that would be ok because they could help each other not to do compulsions and rituals
