How do you quit Reddit and tiktok?
I am addicted to both, but at this point it feels like it's more for ruminationa ns compulsions than anything. If I quit and started to read in that time for example, then it would be a better way to spend my time and it wouldn't feed into OCD as much hopefully. But I can never get focussed on a book because I'm obsessed with the reviews. And when I stop using Reddit and tiktok I get fomo and feelings of loneliness, but it's no different to reading because I'm not actually talking to anyone in either situation. So how did you all quit, if you did?
