NOCD App Deleting/Hiding my Posts?

Made a post a few minutes ago to vent about stuff and to maybe seek advice and when I posted it, it said I’ve made two posts which I thought was weird since I’ve technically made two other posts prior to this one, but I didn’t think it was a big deal. But now, going back here a few minutes later to check to see if anyone’s responded, I see my account says I only made one post, so I don’t understand what’s going on? Has anyone else experienced this? I wasn’t sure if maybe they got rid of two of my posts because two of them were about similar subject matter and maybe they got rid of them because they read too much like I was asking for reassurance (which I apologize if that was the case, that was not my intent, I just wanted to vent) or because they contained mentions of sexually inappropriate material, but also I tagged them properly and also this is an OCD app where sex stuff is like one of the biggest triggers? I don’t understand. If someone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated, especially since the most recent post I posted that got hidden or deleted was about something I’m really struggling with right now. Thanks! Edit: Looked at my posts while logged off and yeah. All of the posts that I thought were hidden you cannot look up while logged off but the ones that I thought were unhidden you can see. There’s even a comment I made on one of my hidden posts that I clicked on and it responded with “404: Page Not Found”, so I think this pretty much confirms that my posts keep getting deleting with no explanation as to why.

The app is glitchy, so that could be it. But also, if you are seeking reassurance—which does NOT help you and your OCD—the post/s will be taken down. It happens; not just you.

@Nica Thanks for the reply! I’m honestly not sure? I’ll admit there’s some moments where I talk about reassurance in the aforementioned posts, but it’s more like to vent about how I feel like I can only accept reassurance sometimes and my frustration with that, rather than actively seeking it out from the community but I understand if it may be unclear. If my posts were taken down will I still be able to see them? Because they still show up in the feed and under the “my posts” section, but it still says I’ve only made two posts. (Two instead of one because it’s including this one I guess.)

@HamsleyDamsley I don’t know much about how posts do or don’t show up. That could just be a glitch and it could be different how you are viewing it or not. This is a great time to do some self ERP and accept the uncertainty of the situation.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to cave in. I’m just frustrated that I’m trying to vent and reach out for advice and community support and this app seems to keep shutting me down without even letting me know first.
