Is this right?
How do i know if ERP is right for me? i’ve been in it for a few months and we’ll do practice scenarios as exposures or on the spot things and i feel like in my head since i know its planned and not as real as real life its fine and i dont get as distressed but then in real life im stuck in the same spot i was in the beginning and i get stressed out and sometimes i dont even realize im doing compulsions cuz i was never trained to notice triggers or symptoms.. ive had this diagnosis for about 14 years but this is the first time ive really learned about it and gotten help with it so im not sure if im doing the right thing.
