How real can panic get?
Currently having another panic attack right now idk if anyone goes through nightly panic attacks for weeks but I’m so drained and tired and I’m so scared of these panic attacks that I always assume when night time hits they’ll get worse and it currently is right now. I’m scared to lose control and go crazy because of these stupid head sensations, my head feels light and heavy and sometimes the rest of my body get anxious and feels off too or tenses and it makes me overthink I’ll black out or lose control. Does anyone else mistake physical for mental?
