Is it a gut feeling, or is it relationship OCD?
Does your mind ever jump from “my partner and I had a disagreement” to “maybe we shouldn’t be together?” Most healthy relationships involve conflict and repair, but relationship OCD (ROCD) can make even the most minor disagreement feel like evidence that you’re fundamentally incompatible. At the same time, real issues do come up in relationships, even if you live with OCD. That’s what makes ROCD so tricky—it can leave you unsure as to what's OCD and what actually needs to be addressed. By learning how to tell the difference between ROCD-fueled concerns, and the things that truly matter to you, you can identify and work through relationship issues.
