@mackenzie closs I cooked a teriyaki marinated pork loin on the grill, cut it up into small pieces and then did a stir fry with that and broccoli. Let that cook down and then put it over rice. It was soooo good.

My ultrasound report came out to be normal—no kidney stones, no ovarian cyst! I am glad.
I left my apt for the entire day for first time in long time and had nice visit with my dad and sister. It felt great! Great post idea thanks

I have been practicing repeating my obsessions & they are becoming not so scary anymore. No physical fear body response.
I’ve been working a lot with my therapist!! I’ve made some great progress on the contamination OCD.
I started a book sculpture. It's my first one! I saw a Ted talk by Brian Dettmer and was inspired to incorporate books into my ap 3d art portfolio because so far I've mostly been making ceramic pieces
I made cinnamon rolls and delivered them to a family that just had a baby, and they let me feed the baby a bottle!!! I've been so scared to overstep but their trust made me feel so good.
i spent a half hour cleaning my apartment after 3 straight days of a video game binge! i didn't go out and grab groceries like i wanted to but i'm still proud of what i did get done today!
Participated in a conversation containing many triggers without having a panic attack!
I hung out with my best friend yesterday!!! :D I was so nervous too but did it anyway :)

My husband starts a new job this week! Please send positive vibes our way. Anxiety has been high lately and of course my OCD is trying to tell me things won’t go well. But we’re starving those thoughts & hoping for the best!😁

I just back from a trip with my boyfriend and his friends. It was a lot of socializing but my cup is full ☺️
I barely shop for myself, and I got a cute dress that I feel nice in!

Each night before bed my boyfriend and I share things we’re grateful for from the day. Today, it was getting to play our favorite video games!
Watched a movie with some violence in it and just breathed through the triggers when they came. Didn't obsess!
