Conspiracy Rabbit Hole Stress

For the past few days I’ve been stressing and hyper-fixating on another conspiracy theory I discovered whilst researching more into the Epstein stuff. It’s this thing called Project MK Ultra, which was a serious of illegal psychological tests administered by the CIA from the 50s - 60s to early 70’s. Whilst diving into it I’ve come across multiple podcast streams starring alleged victims who claim the experiments involved things such as brainwashing, child trafficking, pedophilia, demonic rituals, satanic elite bloodlines, and even alleging involvement of the military, Disney corporation, the Mormon Church, and the Illuminati. A lot of them have written books and websites sharing their alleged experiences, and some even allege that this is still going on, alleging trafficking and CP production under Disney rides, and pointing to the potential brainwashing of celebrities like Britney Spears and Kanye West. Of course there is still a good chance this could still all be purely conspiracy, but the fact that there are so many people saying similar things, as well as some of the stuff learned from the Epstein Files, I’ve unfortunately been constantly shifting back and forth on the matter and stressing over the prospect of this possibly being true. This has been a grueling and stressful experience, as it pretty much turned my OCD into that of a powder-keg, and I’ve been making ties and questioning things like crazy. It’s that as of late I’ve been overcome with the urge to keep diving deeper and deeper, finding things to hopefully debunk this. But I always come out with more questions and anxieties than I can bear, getting in the way of my hobbies, mood, and productivity. I’ve been having headaches and am constantly tired because of these possible prospects. Never liked Disney to begin with, and am sad in saying they are a pretty morally bankrupt company even if this ends up being false, but I did enjoy some of their movies, yet here and there I can’t think about Disney stuff without thinking “This was potentially used for MK Ultra brainwashing”. This morning I was questioning “The military people I know personally, could they be linked to this?” I’m also a big fan of old school Marvel and Marvel Legends action figures, but I keep thinking to myself “Your gonna buy this stuff and let Disney get your money after learning they potentially had a hand in child trafficking and brainwashing?” It’s just been nauseating and awful. I have been finding a few red flags and some contradictions in a lot of the claims, but it’s just that after the Epstein Files confirmed a lot of other stuff, I’m in the mindset of, who knows what’s true or not. It could still be fabrication sure, or this could have actually happened, but the memories of said victims could be a little jaded. I don’t know, like I said, this is still all alleged, so I don’t want anyone else stressing about this like I am. That’s not at all the intention of my post! I’m just curious if anyone else on this app knows about this, and if so, what they think and how they’re dealing with this. Is it something you discovered while digging for more Epstein info,, or have you known about it beforehand? Comments on the matter are greatly appreciated either way.
