Ruminating
I've had the same intrusive thoughts for the past two days and I can't seem to shake it. Not only am I compulsively ruminating about the bad intrusive thoughts, but I'm also ruminating on positive thoughts- like telling myself everything's OK and why the intrusive thoughts aren't real/challenging them. So I'm absolutely exhausted and I still don't feel any better bc the worries still remain like "what if" and being scared of these thoughts becoming reality
