I hate that the news gets me like this. I’m one to be open but I’m in bed and I can’t stop ruminating about news about Iran and all the fear mongering
Same, my advice is to stay informed but don’t let it consume you. And if you’re on social media maybe take long breaks, go on walks, cook a new recipe or do a hobby to help keep your hands busy away from your phone and reset your thoughts. Just a suggestion.
