After effects
I had a bad anxiety ocd type situation about a vacation I am going on(whether we will make the flight/ get to the cruise on time). I have come to terms with the fact that there isn’t anything I can do and what happens will happen. But physical after effects of the anxiety ( stomach ache, racing heart, sweating, not being able to eat) has carried over into the next day, which then makes me try to find the cause for my feelings. This then causing me to have another OCD spiral for no reason. Anyone have any tips on how to deal with the physical symptoms so I don’t spiral out of control. My biggest fear right now is that I will have a long term spiral like I have in the past. I’m also scared this will happen on my vacation and ruin everything for me and my husband. This has all come from just the physical feelings.
