See I'd u can get a consult for meds. Sounds like u maybe at that point. Read the happiness trap. I think it will hel ppl with the meds.

To be honest,it's not going away.u have OCD. Always expect the unexpected. As for me I used to panic and catch anxiety attack 24/7. 5 realize what gave me the feelings, then I start staying away from that gave me them feelings. I have OCD staring,I had to tell myself no matter what I'm going to be staring so why stress myself out and kill myself, so I start meditating, then start thinking about my future what I'm going to do, cuz if you keep thinking about the situation you in with this OCD thing you going to depress yourself to death. Meditate and think about your future, what can you do to make yourself a better person. How you are going to beat this OCD

I really appreciate your reply and wise words of encouragement. And I know you are right on the money with everything you said. I know what triggered me off and unfortunately, I allowed myself to dwell on those negative feelings for too long, so my mind was still thinking about it when I fell asleep. It’s true that we all struggle, but you are right in saying that we must find a way to turn our focus towards improving our lives to the best of our ability. And trying our best to take our focus off of the struggle....and try our best to find happiness in as many ways as possible. Your post has helped me, more than I can express in words....thank you!

Trust me,find away to trick your subconscious,make goals and stand firm on it.... In 2 weeks you'll see the difference. Meditate, your subconscious feed off your fear. And you going to continue have panic attacks and thoughts and dreams of you fear.

This is me I’m having a hard time coping with physical symptoms so I keep thinking I’ll faint cause I feel dizzy or my heart is beating weird and I’ll die from a heart attack
