Tmi: I went to the bathroom and my stomach hurt so bad, then I went to poo and there was some white bits into my poo. Does anyone know if its a sign of cancer? It also smelled terrible and I feel nauseous. I'm so scared
It could be by undigested food or medication. It’s usually harmless.
This is reassurance seeking, it doesn’t matter if there’s something physically wrong with you or not your brain is tricking you into being worried. Sit in the anxiety and stop looking for answers. No amount of reassurance can cure your OCD
