At this time in night the thought get high i start to feel scared and worried all i want someone to tell me its okay even tho i am always strong these days i feel so weak i hope the lord will cure me i believe one day i will be okay and my mind will be in peace
The Lord loves you; that much is for sure. The more we look to Him and seek Him, the better. You are not OCD. It’s just a thing. Give it less power. God loves you, and so do I.

@sisi5 You can. You are not your thoughts; sometimes they’re just a thought; sometimes they’re lies. Don’t fuel them. Remember He loves you, punch OCD in the throat, and rock on!

@sisi5 I do. At times it is quite a struggle. My worst is rumination. I’ve had periods of time where it consumes what feels like 90% of my waking thoughts. But we keep going. We don’t give up, my friend. In the struggle I’m sure we can find strength. And in the least we can find courage to move ahead. Remind yourself that your OCD thoughts are not reality. They are liars filling in the void of uncertainty with doomsday results. They can spin a good tale, but that’s all it is: a tale. Bring yourself back into reality, pray about it, do healthy things, avoid bad choices and sins, and keep going toward the Lord. You will make it. Not because of you or me. Because of Him.
@Burnsey The mad point it take all my energy i have to pray 10 times so it will go or i have to wash the statues os jesus or mary or clean the bible or do certin things wish doesnt make sence to stop it if i saw dust near a photo of jesus i will clean it immeditly or i will feel so much guilt if i dont watch a hall religion video i will feel like everything black
@sisi5 My friend, He willingly died on a cross for you - a little dust ain’t nothing. It’s ok to clean; but don’t think for a second the world will come crashing down if you left a little dust somewhere. He’s way stronger than some dust mites.

@sisi5 You just have to fight them by letting them go. It’s counterintuitive. The thought was there. Let it fly away and don’t give in by doing whatever the compulsion is. Just let the uncertainty be around and keep living. After a while the intensity will die down and you will realize it was total crap. And you will have resisted feeding the cycle thus weakening its ability to continue feeding you those same lies.
