Online Chronically Disorder (OCD)
Excuse the title. Just me trying to have fun. But I want to know, does it feel like your OCD gets worse the more time online you spend? And the worse your OCD feels, the more time online you want to spend? I've noticed this trend at least in myself and am trying to get off the phone more and engage in real life hobbies and activities. I'd love to hear what things you do to "touch grass" and how it's affecting your OCD journey.
