Hi
I have healed from ocd about 95% due to Gods goodness and grace as well as time spent in faithful prayer to Him. This is a fraction of my testimony. God bless you all 💛

Yeah I’m afraid if I haven’t healed then I don’t trust God enough or faithful
@G C That is not true!!! God meets you where you are at❤️🩹
@G C I struggled a Lot with this too. One thing that helped me was not chanting affirmations and instead Admitting affirmations. Admitting the good and holy truth is one of the key things about recovering from ocd. Like i used to think that i was a monster and that i deserved no mercy. Then i found out about Divine Mercy and how it’s connected to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Then i figured out that if even the worst sinners in the world deserve mercy, then i deserve mercy too. The more you are in need of mercy then the more you deserve mercy.
Knowing Jesus as my Lord and Savior has kept me truly anchored as I have had to walk through the torture of OCD. Through scripture, God assured me of who I am in Him… even when it felt like I might be going crazy, or really be evil… NOCD has been a powerful tool and has helped me to know how to face OCD. I am 3 1/2 years in and healing is real💝

@Anonymous Will do my friend. I was thinking that God was a liar about me being good cuz I didn’t feel good. Then I thought that the literal devil was telling the truth that I was anything but good or holy or even just acceptable to God. Then I started realizing that God has never made a mistake before and the devil can Only make mistakes.
Amazing !!!
@Toriiiiiiii Thank uuu ☺️
Hallelujah, that’s so great to hear! Praise Jesus❤️🔥
@Blumenkohl1 Praise the King of the Universe !!! And God bless your entire being
@Blumenkohl1 Amen!
Can you go into more specifics about what worked for you, how long you've been recovered, etc. Thanks!
@Dude01 Sure, so I have ocd + schizophrenia + ptsd and I’ve almost recovered from all of it due to praying the rosary, finding people to trust, and going to church. I’m in a horrible situation right now, but Jesus truly is carrying me cuz I can feel His grace. What helps me a Lot as well is positive affirmations of the truth. The moment I stopped confusing the truth for lies and stopped confusing lies for the truth, that’s when my life started changing. The devil is a false god who mimics the real God in a negative way. The God we’ve all been frustrated and angry with is actually the devil. When we pray, we should be praying to God who is pure love and mercy, not to the false god who uses brutal honesty and threats. I’ll add more to this hold on
@GodsTreasure 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
@GodsTreasure - Wow that's amazing and congrats on your progress! I think where I run into issues / get stuck at is when something has a truthful basis to it i.e. real event OCD + things that have some truth to them (currently have OCD vs neurological things). God bless you.
@Dude01 Incomplete truths can easily be misinterpreted as lies or as something that the truth just is not. I try to see the big picture/be objective when it comes to being unbiased n whatnot. If it brings you true clarity and sets you free, it’s your friend. There’s a difference between denial and confusion. Thanks btw! Hope this helps. Making a new post soon
