Does journaling help?
Quick question. Does journaling really help? I feel like it would be a great option to vent and record my thoughts, but I also feel like I won’t be able to write my thoughts down, basically out of embarrassment or out of fear: mainly because that’s how my real event themes make me feel. Did anybody else feel like this before? If so, did you manage to finally hop in journaling? How did it help you? Thanks :)
