A mid‑year mental health check‑in
We're officially halfway through the year, which can be a meaningful time to slow down and ask yourself: “How am I really doing?” Here are a few questions you can ask yourself as you reflect: • How am I feeling emotionally? • What thoughts have been occupying my mind? • Have I noticed any changes in my sleep patterns, appetite, or energy levels? • How am I coping with stress? • Have I been socializing, or am I withdrawing from others? Pausing to tune into our mental health can help us notice the impacts of OCD that we might overlook when we’re just trying to get through the day. If OCD has been taking up your time and energy, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to push through it, wait for a calmer season, or hope things improve on their own. A specialized therapist can help you better understand OCD is showing up in your life, learn new ways to respond to intrusive thoughts, and take back time from compulsions—creating more space for the parts of life that matter to you. Our team can help you find the right therapist for you, schedule sessions that fit into your life, and support you through every step of your journey. Every day is a new chance to make the rest of the year feel different. How are you feeling at this point in the year? Let us know in the comments 💙
