Had a physical Groinal where someone younger and small was doing something inappropriate to my privates and it felt good and familiar bc I had someone my age/size do this to me IRL. Only difference is the feeling felt smaller in size bc of the younger person I pictured doing it Does that mean that’s what it would feel like if a younger person was doing that action? It felt good and just like the real action just smaller but still good so I’m like scared now

i promise this is just ur OCD. your OCD is trying to assign meaning to this that isn’t there. its just a gronial, i had a really distressing one the other day. if itd make you feel better i can tell you about it

@Uhmhello003 the other morning i was half awake, idk if u have experienced it but when ur not fully awake or asleep, but eyes still closed, no movement, just aware of ur presence. immediately upon entering this state of consciousness i got intrusive thoughts, no images just the idea, and a really intense gronial. i must have been aroused in my sleep bc i was on the verge of on orgasm. and i had this feeling that it would feel better than anything else if i did orgasm. and then it felt like i pushed it out. while this was happening i kept thinking “gronial response” over and over in my head. and once i felt the orgasm i immediately opened my eyes and got up. i was super distressed after fully awakening and did not understand what just happened. i spent hours and days after researching and asking for reassurance. it still is distressing. but my therapist told me its just the ocd. and i know my values. so im trying to believe that it really is just ocd

@Uhmhello003 this all happened in maybe under 10 seconds. and it was so confusing and distressing after the fact. ive never had anything like that happen only weird dreams when im fully asleep.

@Uhmhello003 it was really odd. the orgasm didnt feel good. it just happened and it felt like it was bound to happen from the moment i woke up. ive never awoken in such a state before or just orgasm’d like that.

@salemexistss Yeah, I just don’t know bc mine feels like an action I have done with other consenting adults but the groinals feel with childlike proportions like smaller mouth less pressure etc.

@Uhmhello003 ohhh i hear you. thats just ur brain and imagination fucking with you truly. im sorry friend i was hoping the absurdity and weirdness of mine would make u see urs like “oh wow no big deal!” but i should know it never works like that with ocd. gronial responses can create all types of phantom feelings. that can feel exactly like feeling we have really experienced. that’s totally normal and other people have experienced this exact thing.

@Uhmhello003 the brain can imagine anything. it can imagine feelings sensations figures that aren’t even there. they are very powerful and can work against us. i promise its just ur ocd :)
