Chronic stress and anxiety along with ocd
I get like less stressed for a day but then it peaks again, will using magnesium help me calm down? I've been overthinking about useless things for hours, my stomach starts beating like my heart and It stings when I think about something im afeaid of or something i hate, like when u get butterflies when ur in love, but its constant, its making me dizzy and wanting to fall asleep i cant focus and my face just gets more bloated because of it, please someone help me, tell me what to do
