Old memories

@GratitudeGirl I’m scared that I traumatized somebody because of these things. I had way too much internet access, I’m scared that I probably acted on it with such an innocent person. It’s making me think if it’s real and I end up seeing them in person which is distant family then I’m just known as somebody who did something really bad.

@GratitudeGirl My bf told me, because I was going to ask my immediate family if I did anything wrong out my family but he told me not to, but I really wanna ask my distant family because that’s who my mind went back to. It’s latching onto different themes but since this one popped up now my mind has something new to think about.

@Anonymous Do you trust your boyfriend? I think he might be correct on this one.. you are okay to not ask your family anything because remember all these days when you didnt think about it you were fine and you still are fine

@GratitudeGirl I can try my best, I do trust him but i kept thinking and he kept helping me but he wasn’t giving me the reassurance I want so I can blew up on him now he’s kinda mad which i understand.

@GratitudeGirl I’m scared that if I ignore, it might be true. My biggest fear is being hated by everyone, or causing harm. It scares me I don’t trust myself

@GratitudeGirl I feel comfortable knowing somebody with ocd can talk to me. My bf can calm me down but when it deals with harm ocd, false memory ocd and pocd then I go crazy. The crying and questioning, I do appreciate my bf a lot because he doesn’t even mind when I wake him up crying about it.

@GratitudeGirl I know, when the thought first popped up I didn’t have any proof until it came back and I was like you had too much internet access as a kid so maybe you go curious and now it’s attached to that because everybody gets curious. My bf told me just because your curious doesn’t mean you did it but since I can’t remember it’s giving me a hard time

@Anonymous When you cant remember in other moments what do you do? You just move on right? Same thing with this you do not remember so you dont have to punish yourself.. in fact you probably cant remember cuz you dint do any mistake

@GratitudeGirl It’s the false images that popped up right after. It scares me so bad, I had a therapist on this app but she told me after months that I wasn’t getting any better and she had to recommend out patient support because I needed assistance 247 especially because I just left the mental hospital in March.
