I HAVE TO LEAVE MY ROOM

You learn to sit with discomfort of being unclean, of being dirty. Being dirty sometimes is something you can accept as a part of life, and even though you might not like it, it doesn't always need to be fixed immediately. There is so much more to life than just being clean. Be willing to live life even if it means you might get dirty. Always trying to clean things over and over again is just a compulsion which will keep you trapped in a cycle of fear and panic. The only way out is to be willing to be unclean sometimes.

Idk if this will help but I spent a year and a half when I was 11 after I started getting my monthly cycle not being able to sit on anything because I was afraid family members had sex on it and I would get pregnant by my male family members or that even in public men had cam on the chairs and toilet seats had cum on and I was convened I would get pregnant if I sat down in any chair at home in public in school anywhere I went I would stand I spent a year like that constantly afraid and constantly overthinking constantly tired of standing wishing I could let myself sit down ik it hard and extremely anxiety inducing but they only way I could sit was if I accepted that if I sit down I would get pregnant and eventually after waiting weeks with anxiety and overthinking that I was pregnant by some random person or family member eventually I realized I didn’t Ik it not easy and looking back now the only way to get out is if u accepte it and ride the wave of anxiety that comes after eventually it will fade I hope this helps and best of luck on leaving your room Ik it’s hard
