OCD guilt.. Let it go ☮️
Treat the immense guilt that you feel as a result of receiving ocd thoughts/feelings the same way you treat the intrusive thoughts themselves. It doesn’t belong to you. Don’t beat yourself up for receiving thoughts you never asked for in the first place. Show yourself compassion for fighting through your daily struggles despite the OCD and give yourself a pat on the back for the commitment required to simply stay afloat. Beating yourself up might feel justified but it’s not.. and it helps nobody including yourself. It’s all good. Move forward 🫡☮️
