I can’t stop thinking about how my whole life is a hallucination and really I’m in a mental hospital watched by hundreds of scientists as I act out my everyday actions. It’s not an uncomfortable or bad thought. It doesn’t freak me out or anything. I just think about it. Is this normal or could this be linked to the OCD?

This is really hard to explain? English isn’t my first language So, basically I keep thinking that my whole life I have been in a straitjacket because from the day I was born my whole life was all in my head. Like, I see, feel and get on with my life but I’m just imagining it all. And in reality I’m some crazy person who’s life doesn’t exist because I’m dreaming my whole life
