@NigelVW I’m so glad you’ve had a good experience! I think I would benefit either way for sure, but if I can find faith based care it’d be ideal for me.

I wouldn't agree that there isn't a way to incorporate faith into it. My therapist is Christian and shares spiritual encouragement as part of my therapy. Also with scrupulosity there isn't any way to avoid having religion be part of the therapy.
