It's time for OCD bingo!
We have three versions of OCD bingo here (health, moral and responsibility, and harm) for you to choose from. Are you getting a bingo on any of these?

yeaaaaa so like what if I checked all the boxes on the moral+responsibility one? đ
@Anonymous Same, everything but the prayer one because Iâm not religious.
@Anonymous Same here!
me too haha
@Anonymous same
Relatable. SO relatable.
After having gone to therapy and continue to use the tools Iâve learned, I find this funny. đ€Ł At one point it wasnât.
I've been starting to talk to my therapist about how irrational some of my obsessions & compulsions sound. It almost embarrasses me some of the things. This typically happens as we talk through & create my ERP lists.
@NicoleL Yes, youâre not alone. Also, Iâm sure your therapist will walk you through not using logic when these thoughts come up. You got this! :)
blacked out the board on harm đ
are we allowed to share our boards? cause man i'm chuckling at some of mine
Please do!! We originally shared this on our Instagram and a lot of people liked it, so we wanted to make sure to share it here too (since not everyone has instagram)
@Dana at NOCD
@Dana at NOCD
@Dana at NOCD and the funniest one to me (also i changed one of them in the health one to heart rate instead of temperature because sometimes i have to ban my apple watch from myself so i don't keep checking my heart rate, even though it doesnât even measure mine accurately)
YES!
@LouLouDaki18 Me too!
@LouLouDaki18 - The heart rate change resonates with me! Why i can't have any smart technology!
Can we have contamination and relationship ocd bingo next!
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll make sure to share this idea, hopefully we can!
Love this suggestion!
We have some new ones to share this weekend!! Stay tuned đ
I love that responsibility is featured here. I didnât realize how many other people suffer from this âflavorâ of ocd.
Its a good reminder that no matter how hard OCD tries to convince you otherwise, you are never alone.
Itâs kind of funny that I can check so many of these and also check the what if itâs not ocd box
Slayy
BINGOOOOOOO
Mine: - Mentally arguing against the thought - Seeking reassurance about my character - Feeling guilty for having a thought - Analyzing your motives - Rechecking whether you [dealt with the thought]
Haha I got the full bingo card for the moral OCD one. đ€Ł I guess OCD is good for winning something lol
Health was very close to a bingo 3 times, harm 1 bingo, moral almost a full card đ€Ąđ«Ș
Iâm so glad Iâm not alone
Make another OCD themed bingo card! Haha. I'd probably win next time!
We have some new ones to share this weekend!! Stay tuned đ
Did anyone else have one that itâs not that exact phrase but itâs similar and u were debating to put it but putting it feels like lying so you donât put it. Having OCD about OCD bingođ like I get intrusive thoughts about hurting someone else or myself when holding a sharp object and hold it tight as a compulsion and get anxious when someone else is holding one near me bc what if they accidentally stab me. But I donât avoid them so I didnât put itđ
I never realized so many of my actions aligned with this. I just thought I was risk-averse and cautious. I always assumed I was very anxious about my health. This is so insane to read and realize itâs my life. Oh my god
@hugs I have alignments with all three boxes. This is bonkers. Omg
The health one is pretty spot on for me.
âReviewingâ needs to be capitalized in the moral+ responsibility editionâŠ..
@Anonymous The fact that that one says âreviewing if I treated everyone equallyâ and it wasnât treated equally, I wonder if they did that on purpose if so thatâs kind of geniusđ
