Cooler weather in North Texas. Little rain here & there but not on Halloween. So the children can have fun! Bring on fall! Maybe carving pumpkins with my boyfriend and slowly get better 🙂 I hope that I can get better at controlling my emotions and keep it in better. I want to not make others anxious or sad or stressed anymore. I hope that I can find ways to vent my feelings without burdening it on someone else, especially the one I love. It would be so nice to feel like I have control of my emotions again and to not feel like a bad person or girlfriend anymore. I hope he gets to be happy because he is my whole heart. I want to see him truly happy again. I regret so much that I have laid so much on him and vented so much to him about my anxiety. I feel like a hypocrite because I’ve been so selfish but I really mean it. I just want him to be truly happy. With me or not. No one has to respond to this I don’t want to really, I’m pretending that I’m saying this to some god or idk the universe, whatever hope there is . I’m not usually religious but I like to think of this as a silent prayer

I do enjoy autumn, but it also is a little bittersweet. It signifies the official end of summer. I certainly don’t mind the temperature cooling down though :)

To be honest, I have a lot of dread with the summer ending and work and things seriously kicking into gears again. But I look forward to my partner moving in and creating a really cozy season with them. Looking forward to cooking and baking, decorating for Halloween and rainy/cloudy weekend days snuggled up in bed 💙

My birthday, other than that hopefully trick or treating with my grandchildren. ❤️

My birthday, Halloween, and the cool weather 🍁

I'm definitely looking forward to Halloween 🎃 and Thanksgiving 🦃 . Also the cozy fall clothes, the leaves, the breaks from school (we get long Thanksgiving breaks sometimes or at least long 4 me). Also the decorations. I have a neighbor who puts skeletons up and everyday they are doing something different. Today was the first day they did them and there were two skeletons and big Halloween skeleton decorations on the ground. One has a hat that says work zone and is holding instructions, there is a box with a robot skeleton dog in it, and there is a skeleton yelling with their hands up. I wonder what it will be tommorow🤔 😊

Also there is a sign that says building zone come back in 3-6 (crossed out) and then it says 6-12 months 🤣

I am looking forward to spending time with my family, eating pumpkin pie, and starting to have my first NOCD meetings.
