@Lori F Hey Lori! I’ve been doing great. There have been ups and downs, but I have the tools now to take it as it comes. I can shrug and laugh at things I never imagined I would be able to. How have you been? 🩷

@AllisonRojas - I had a pretty rough month, but am trying a new medication, and today was one of the best days of my life. So feeling hopeful!

@AllisonRojas One of the things that made today so great is I’m at a conference with a lot of people I’m connected with on social media. I’ve been doing videos for OCD Awareness month, and I have lost count of how many people have pulled me aside to say how meaningful they have been to them.

@Lori F Wow! That’s really fantastic! It sounds like a wonderful time at the conference. Where can I find your videos? I’d love to see what you’ve been up to.
