I am seeing so many people in here who are still fighting hard with their minds and feeling the hardship—keep working at it, friends. You are doing incredible work for yourselves. Even small progress is progress. Every chance you get, show your OCD it does not get the final say. Follow what matters to you, the REAL you, not the version OCD believes you should be. You will make it through the most frightening parts and find so much peace.
