I have a really hard time with this and I am a perfectionist personality and I am very judgemental and critical of others and it hahas negatively impacted so many friendships for me. I have a Hard time letting things go and I ruminate back to them or bring them up constantly...especially in close relationships. I also always feel a ton of Guilt about most things and saying no to things....oh and I constantly apologize...sometimes when its it's not even my fault!!! I get so frustrated with myself! I aam working on being mindful and slowing myself down but its it's so hard and exhausting...you are not alone!!! I get it.

I am the same! I apologise too often, always feel guilty. I have a perfectionist personality too. I'm also judgemental and critical too! Extreme black and white thinker! Very hard time letting things go and moving on...Basically I'm everything you've said. I'm also severely self critical in every way!

@MJocd U have to tell urself repeatedly that the fact that ur thinking about moral doings and having guilt about doing the wrong thjngs is enough for you to know that u are a good person

I'm really struggling with it, how do you cope? Everytime I get better, it focuses in on the same real event things I thought I've Already gotten over

This is my real event: I cant stop obsessing over the fact that I'm an immoral person for ever viewing porn on pornsites. This is a constant obsession that comes back constantly. I stopped watching porn 2 years ago after learning about how unethical it is. I keep fearing I came across unethical porn unknowingly. I keep having porn scenes play in my head. It makes me want to punish myself severly for being so naive when I was younger and consuming porn regularly. I hate myself for ever watching it and cant stop obsessing over my morality bc of it.

@fruflamuresa Mine is porn related :/ I dont know how to stop obsessing over my morality because of it ? I feel like the worst person on earth even though I know thats not realistic because most of society watches porn these days and doesn't have a problem with it. :(
