Hi, I have Pocd and I was wondering, how did Pocd came for you guys ? Me , I was watching a video of a woman saying that when she was young a man touched her private part , and I remember that when I heard her saying that I had a little excitation and after that I got scared that it was because of the fact that she was a child. So now I am terrorized with Pocd

For me when the ultrasound revealed that our child was a girl. It triggered the fear and then grew and grew to the point that I was absolutely convinced that I was a pedophile and I was going to abuse her. She’s 4 now, and not only have I never abused her, but I’ve never even felt a desire to do so. OCD lies to you.

I was triggered by watching a lot of Steve Wilkos and To Catch a Predator. I started questioning if I was capable of doing things like that or if I was attracted to children. It was really scary.. I never looked or thought about children in that way so they thoughts that started coming were terrifying.

O. c. D started for me when i was about 10 i got sexually abused i dont know if that triggered stuff. Because it could be for a lot of different reasons tbh and to point the figure to one thing is a bit complicated. However when i was younger i had constant tapping, thoughts of all kinds of stuff however it never lasted a long time just a day or two and i had one exposure asking my dad and it went away for years until my i was about 20 years old than it went om Pure 0 POCD ane just went on a rampage for about 2 years going on 3 . I am fully aware of what it is know and how to handle it but i still have many bad days. Im actually looking to get treament on here! On this app since they give u that option to talk to a ocd specialist. Thats pritty cool they offer that on here, I would take full advantage on that guys! Schuedle your appointment and lets get rid of the BULLY!

As catlover Said for me was watching and acessing websites the freaked me out( I guess) and time later the obsessions came in :(
