Hi ?. All sessions are $50 currently. The $100 you see in the therapy section was the original price but hasn’t been updated with the discount to $50. That billing system will be removed in the coming weeks. You will only ever be billed after your appointment is completed. Apologizes for the confusion and it is being fixed. Feel free to reply here, call in, or write in support chat if you have any other questions.

Its showing $200 original price but now $100. I'm seeing 3 different packages so those are all incorrect? I just want to confirm also, sessions are only $50 and I'm able to schedule as many or as little appointments as needed and just billed the $50 when each session is completed correct?

@tmp92087 In short, everything you discussed over the phone is correct. All sessions are currently $50 and you can stop after the first session if you choose to. In the past we had three different services for members: a diagnostic, an extended therapy program, and a support offering. The page you are seeing wasn’t removed (it is a bug that it is still there), and we currently do a session by session model to offer the most flexibility and clarity to members after feedback from our users. Normally a diagnostic with an ocd specialist is $100-$250, but we’ve tried our hardest to make it affordable and mimic a copay until insurance can cover the cost to $50 a session. Does that help clarify (it is safe to ignore that screen that you see).

@NOCD Advocate - If you choose to you are free to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice and you will not be billed at all for anything.

@NOCD Advocate - The OCD specialist messaged me last week about how I signed up for a diagnostic assessment. (He had to unfortunately reschedule so I havent spoken with him yet). So to clarify, my first session as well will be $50 too and should be able to start working on ERP I'm hoping?

@tmp92087 @tmp92087 @tmp92087 Yes the first session is $50 (as well as the next sessions are $50 if you choose to continue). That appointment is a full diagnostic and an understanding of your past history and what you are facing, but although it may start covering the psychoeducation of ERP there may not be time to go over all the assessments and planning and to do an entire ERP exercise. The goal of therapy is to set you up to work on and know the ins and outs of ERP with hierarchies personalized for you (in addition to other things like behavior change, act, and whatever is specific to your circumstances), and ultimately manage OCD in your daily life.
