Excellent point! That is another added thing: I used to be very anxious to make calls and talk to people but after onset I’m like these are nothing! Can do it without much thought now.

I have learned to be able to accept things that would have normally freaked me out. Like have that “eh, it is what it is” attitude and moving on

@Greenwhale I’m doing okay. I feel like I’m trying to accept and move on, but I don’t have all the tools. How are you??

@Greenwhale I see what you mean. For example if I’d of heard of the corona virus 2 years ago, I’d of been freaking out. Now I am like, yeah could happen. Type attitude. I try to apply that to anything that ‘could’ happen

@Greenwhale I think so too. I have times where I do okay, then I’ll get really bad. But appearance has really been helping me. Hope you’re doing well. Do you see improvement in this app as well?

I used to love crime shows, hunting, and weapons in general were interesting as a kid. I gave all that up in my teens because of OCD as a safety behavior. Now that I know what caused it and with some therapy, I'm starting to be able to enjoy these things again. God is good!

Similar to the things you have mentioned. OCD is very paradoxical, to me anyhow. Your worst fears become your strongest assets.

I'm able to sit down and work through things when I meditate through yoga.
