Everyone was once new, as with anything highly important in life. I would recommend researching Claire Weekes and her audiobook recommended by Nick Cascone (a youtuber talking about anxiety in a different way) and definitely ALI GREYMOND.

Wow im just like you, how are you now have you recovered? I also developed a severe symptom 10 months ago and i went all in like you no compulsions ever, it took 10 months but my ocd symptoms are finally dead

I still do have symptoms, but it really depends on the day. As soon as I realise that I have a repetitive and intrusive thought, I record the worst case scenario and almost immediately start listening to it.

@h1guayn I was there too it's slow like you get some decent days and then some bad days i was there as well but after some time i stopped being triggered by my symptoms and after that there was no downs ocd died,keep going and im sure you will reach this point too
