Did you know it’s only $50 for an initial 90 minute diagnostic evaluation/therapy session with an OCD Therapist? There is also a 20 minute follow up session, includes text support with your therapist and additional sessions are $50. I’ve only seen north of $200 around me in California. As an advocate I just want to share this with you because I am in a state of ongoing recovery and I don’t think enough people even on this app are aware of all the states nOCD has therapists in now for these prices.

Hi There! Totally fine if you already know you have OCD, the diagnostic evaluation is standard procedure and that’s also included in the first 90 minute session. It’s $50 for 90 mins and $25 for 20 mins with included text messages I believe. I highly suggest at least starting with an OCD Therapist before tackling ERP on your own. @NOCD Advocate - Kerry Osborn Yeah i understand it's very cheap, but some of us are really young, without a job, and 50$ is not affordable (or maybe it is, but for what? one or maybe two sessions, and then broke?). Plus not all of us live in US or speak english fluently

@momentolucchese Just want to make sure that the word gets out for the most affordable OCD Therapy there is out there right now. You can only do what you can do, but it still makes me feel better knowing I’ve shared this information with as many people as possible.
