Don’t focus on the ocd thoughts. The ocd thoughts, are trying to destroy you. You can’t believe the ocd thoughts, because they are your enemy. You have to ignore the thoughts, when you get anxiety, try to remove your focus from those thoughts. You need to live, you need to earn money. OCD is trying to ruin your life, by sending all these doubts, these thoughts. You have to try to not listen to ocd, because ocd is your enemy. Try to ignore, but it you want, write your doubts on a paper, and think about them very calmly. Listen to peaceful music, and write the solution of the problem for example : problem : I might loose my job Solution : I believe in myself and I will do my best to do my job, how can I loose it if I do my best. Try to think the opposite of the negative thoughts, think you won’t loose your job. You won’t run out of money, because you will work hard. Try to be very calm when thinking about these thoughts, think calmly. Your not worthless, ocd is trying to make you think your worthless. So if you get these thoughts just ignore them, and focus on your life. Focus on your family, your life. I know it’s very hard, but you have to try to ignore, because you have way more important things in life than ocd. OCD is not good, it’s your enemy. Defeat your enemy, don’t listen to it, listen to your heart. Say you can do this, you can do your work. Focus on your life, and ignore ocd, because it’s worth it to ignore ocd. It’s gonna be great after you start to ignore. Because the thoughts will go away by themselves. You need to believe in yourself and ignore it, do it for your life, for your future, for yourself. Have you gone to a therapist?

Thanks for the reply :) But what do I need to do more than think the opposite? What can I do to work this out? To start working? I am trying to find jobs for people with ocd and even work at home jobs, also I dont know why I keep feeling like I dont want to work, dont know how this started. I am seeing a therapist, but at the moment I cant get a session due to this crisis

@Newstage Sometimes I think the best I can do or am able to do is nothing, but just wait and see and rest. My family dont even want to reply me anymore, just a few minutes ago I tried to talk with my sister, but she is stressed out and cant handle my infinite worrying

It’s ok. We all go through hard times. That’s why we are here as a community. Motivate yourself, set up a goal for yourself. Everyone needs a job in their life, we study in school for years for getting a job, so we can live our life. Of course sometimes we don’t want to work at all, like me, I have so much work to do, but I’m not in the mood. But sometimes we have to motivate ourselves, we have to because there is no other choice than to do what we have to do. So try to motivate yourself, start finding some jobs that you love. And about the ocd, just ignore all the intrusive thoughts. All the intrusive thoughts are trying to destroy you, unmotivate you, you need to believe in yourself. Ignore those thoughts, and believe in yourself, because I know you CAN do it! We can achieve anything, anything we want, if we try! Try ignoring all the thoughts that worry you, I know it bothers you when you try to ignore, but why listen to the ocd that’s your enemy. You have to try to ignore all these thoughts that try to unmotivate you. Everything will be fine. Just try to ignore ocd, ignore these thoughts, and look at what you want to do about your job. Figure it out calmly, don’t stress, I know it’s hard to not to stress, but ignore all these stressing thoughts and think positive of yourself. You can do it!
