I've been there....you have got to push thru the intrusive thought. Focus on the moment and what's right in front of you and bat that other shit right out of your brain. I know its hard. Whatever feelings arise from the intrusive thought, know that it is only anxiety and NOT what you truly feel. You will be able to feel the difference. And once those intrusive thoughts try to arise and you think you are " feeling" something, recognize them for what they are and it will get easier to brush them off. It will take time so dont get discouraged. You can beat this

OCD loves to fuck with your mind....its so important to realize that and not give it even time to try to convince you of anything. Just as it tries to attack you, attack it back even stronger

Just realize that is anxiety you are feeling. And not how you really feel. Yes, recognize the intrusive thoughts as just that...thoughts that OCD is forcing on you and that's where it comes from. Tell those thoughts to fuck off, this does take time it's not an overnight thing, it can get frustrating. But try not to give these thoughts any space in your brain cause you know deep down that whatever this intrusive thought contains is not you, it's not what you want. Keep the faith that you will get your life back this will not last forever

Its just that I don’t only have thoughts, I have thoughts and my ocd trying to convince me that I like them. So I don’t wanna do anything sexual because I am terrorized that I get a thought and that I feel like I like the thought because I will be excited..

I understand I've gone thru that as well and it disgusts me. How do you feel when you have those thoughts? Disgusted, grossed out? If so, then you do NOT like the thoughts in any way shape or form and OCD can not change that ever. True pedophiles are hardwired that way and do not feel disgust at these thoughts, they more often seek out ways to make these thoughts reality. There is no way to make yourself like these thoughts, however I know personally that OCD can try to convince you that you do. This is where you tell it NO...that you know who you are and this sick stuff does not interest you. Like I said it will take some time. As far as groinals go, I have also experienced that and that's when it becomes terrifying. But think this way...when you are intimate with your man and turned on and then these intrusive thoughts come in, younger still feeling turned on but NOT because of the thought, it's because of your man. I dont really know if I'm explaining this good but I'm trying. When these thoughts come up during intimate moments, concentrate on what's at hand, dont lose yourself in your mind. Also do not stop being in the moment with your man cause that doesn't make the thoughts go away it just leaves you feeling worse. Push through it and continue. Once your mind sees that you will not give in, it WILL subside. May take 100 tries but it will happen.

:) it’s gentle to take the time to explain! But it’s not everyone that are disgust by the thought so it’s not simple for everyone to know how they feel. The only reason why I know it’s not what I like is that I can’t be sexually attracted to my animals, my family , children , random people on the city. That’s everything that my ocd try to convince me that that’s what I like. And I sometimes feel like I could like it and that’s what make your ocd get worse. And when you feel like you could like it while your doing stuff... it’s absolutely terrifying.. that’s why I cannot do anything with my boyfriend now and that I’m asking help to know what I got to do ? cuz everything that I feel now my ocd think it’s attraction and everything that happen my ocd try to convince my that I did or that I thought or like something that I didn’t , that didn’t really happened ?

There you said you know it's not what you like. Believe that, not what OCD hammers at you because that's what it does. Do not stop being sexual with your boyfriend, it will just make it worse. Why do you feel like you could like it? Do the thoughts come when you are already turned on? If so, then its it's just an intrusive thought, nothing more

Ok then that's what it is,nits like a broken record. It will keep spinning around blathering endlessly unless you take action against them. And even if you say not always, case in point is that you at times DO feel disgust. If you truly enjoyed these thoughts, disgust wouldn't even happen
