Sooooo true! Same on the cold. All the sitting around, attempting to rest and focusing on existence is not helpful, but harmful. If I can sleep, great, but if not, I need to do something.
Talking about OCD - that’s one I struggle with. It’s a fine line, isn’t it? Everyone needs reassurance at times, but I lose sight of when that turns into the checking behaviour that is my main compulsion.
