You are not your thoughts you don’t need reassurance to know who you are or what you believe in the fact that these thoughts repulse you mean that you aren’t that person I know it because I also have I intrusive thoughts that are disgusting and although different from yours they also cause me distress but I know I’m not my thoughts I know ocd attacks what you value the most but we must fight the urge to do the compulsions please seek help through this app by signing up to the call list for therapy information
