Yes and then I get all tangled up. When I remember the thought it wasn't that bad and then it snowballs.. I think I become obsessed with ocd, erp, getting rid of thoughts and then the thought suddenly starts feeling really scary etc.. When before it wasn't a big deal. Does that make sense?

Yeah it's so weird. Worrying about the thought complements it. I'm just trying to remember that if I worry about thinking that's ok, there's nothing I can really do about it. And if I worry about the thought itself then I don't care about that either. Weird one though. Glad it's not just me

Yeah I've been having the urge to 'make sure' the thought is resolved. But I'm not sure it's really related to the thought itself. I always worry about thoughts and being mindful just feels like I'm running away to the present. Also feels like when I think 'oh I'm just worrying', the other part of me says 'well that could just be you reassuring yourself and the thought is back' and then I do ERP on the OCD thought and I'm just like 'yeah I really don't care about this'. Sorry guess I need to vent it. I'll just try to accept it as you say. Had similar things before and they always go. Its just annoying cuz I know how ridiculous it is lol

@Jaedenw2 Thanks a lot , I'll keep trying to do the ERP and then maybe I'll remember why I have nothing to worry about if I do start worrying about the thought. So stupidly meta lol

My brain is very overactive... It worries gets obsessed about anxiety, getting rid of anxiety and the thoughts.. I check them they aren't bad, then it spirals! At work where I have to focus or I'll be Embarassed I feel completely normal. Its when I'm at home I get it, holidays and weekends. I need to learn to get into my life and out of my head
