Try not to read About mental illness ,,, anxiety is very convincing it mimics all illnesses ,,, your perfectly fine ,,, your anxiety will scare you because that’s what’s it’s mental to do ,,, your trying to reassure yourself but you can’t with anxiety becusae as you just found out , you think you have those mental illnesses ,,, you do not you only have anxiety which means it convinces you or scares you into thinking the worst ,,,, you are fine it will pass but stop trying to reassure yourself by checking facts that you can’t understand ,,,, if you had those illnesses you would care what you done or be able to discuss it let alone type about it ,, your fine and you let your anxiety run away with it self ,, take care

I promise u you haven’t , a little secret for you , people with those illnesses don’t understand or know they have it or even register they have anything wrong with them , that’s what’s make it so hard to treat because they won’t be able to ask for help ,,, in your case you are the complete opposite ,, which tells us straight away your just anxious ,,, accept the fear don’t fight it just try to do other things in time it will pass ,,, that’s for def ??

Let them happen , see them for what they are , they are risk assement thoughts perfectly normal for anxiety ,,,, acept them laff at them , the thoughts your experienceing it’s like an old nagging person be careful of this be careful of that , bit like a bully also , non stop nagging ,, because you have triggered the fear response your thoughts will be fearful ,, it’s that simple ,, when you truly understand that you are just scarring yourself , you will learn to ignore your thoughts ,,,,, the difference between me and you is this at the moment ,,,,, I will have exactly the same thoughts as you , but it won’t scare me or other me but it will you and that’s it ,,,,, the exact same thought pattern or I could perhaps imagine worse that depends how imaginative I can be ,, but that’s all it is ,,,,, let’s take away the medical terms and say it as it is man to man ,,,,,,,, your just scared of your thoughts that’s it nothing more nothing less ,,, so what advice would u give to a small child that is scared of a toy monster ,, you would teach him not to be scared so same apply to all fear , just understand what it is and face it ,,,,,, true mental illness the stuff your talking about those poor people never get to know they are mentally ill ,,, your just in a state of fear that’s all ,,,, so time to face your thoughts and say ah fuck off , you don’t scare me any more , in time they will go ,,,,, just like a person scared of a spider ,, they face the spider the spider no lingers scared them ,, takes a bit longer with ocd but exactly same principle

It’s not paronoid it’s worry completely diffrent , your mind is testing you by thinking the worse in kind of way making sure you ain’t got those mental illnesses ,,, you haven’t , you just scared that you have ,,, accept the fear , laff at it ,, say so what if I am mentally ill ( your not ) the brain will calm down then in time ,,,, your just frightened of your thoughts that’s all so learn not to be ,, that’s the secret of all anxiety recovery ?

No probs , there is absolutely nothing wrong with you ,,, just scared of your thoughts which is exactly what anxiety is designed to do , so your just normal , scared normal then until you learn not to be like anything else you might be scared of in your past ,,,,, people with anxiety expect a massive medical long answer to there complicated problem ,,, it’s not ,,, the problem is fear very simple explanation and the answer is very very simple ,,, face your fear but that’s what people have a problem doing so thsts y the anxiety lasts ,,, good luck u be fine

Let’s change the name to exactly what it is ,,, there not called panic attacks even that sounds scary ,,, it’s actually called energy surge ?it’s chemical surger from the adrenal glands of cortisol which makes u either fight / run / freeze ,,, panic attack is made up word very handy word to scare you it’s infact only energy surge see that is a fact not so scary know is it ,,,

It’s the same surge as if you were about to have boxing match or race against your mates , exactly the same chemical release ,,,, bet you never thought of that ,,, so like I said nothing to be scared of

See ocd anxiety obsessions all sound very scary must be very important illness when it’s only chemical cortisol release from fear from your adrenaline glands above your kidneys which was instructed to do so from the sub conscious part of the brain becaus it is trying to protect you because it thinks your in danger ,,,,, that’s exactly what’s happening and that is not a mental illness just a annoying habit u got yourself into becUse of your we’re frightened of something you deep down knows what it is ,,,,

The grieving process which you are going through is famous for triggering the fear response ( anxiety ) in fact it’s the most common cause ,, it’s temporary ypur perfectly normal person going through a tuff time which is scaring you that’s all it is ,,, keep reading my posts , it will sink in , plus grieving for a family friend or relative takes time ,,, it goes through diffrent stages they can be in any order or time length ,,, 1. Extreme anxiety 2. Denial .shock 4: deep saddnes 5. Guilt 6. Lack of energy or wanting to do things 7 depression 8 feeling stronger 9 happy memories 10 acceptance all perfectly normal reactions to grief or death of a loved one ,,,,

You are going through the grieving process we’re anxiety plays a massive part ,,, every time you question anything anytime you worry anytime u think of something which scares you that’s your anxiety talking ,,, you are responding to the chemicals anxiety releases which is cortisol ,, you need to acept the feelings and thoughts as frightening as it is and how horrible as it is just go with it clench you’re fists like a white knuckle ride your on ,,, the truth is you be fine because there is nothing wrong with you , you are believing your stress then ?, fear is very powerful it’s ment to be your ment to take notice ,, your ment to be sprinting down street screaming for your life but and big but you ain’t got tiger chasing you ,,, your thoughts and worries are the tiger because your brain part were anxiety comes from can’t tell difference from tiger to scary thoughts so in other words you are creating your own fear and your scared of yourself ,,, like I said before no matter how scary it gets hold on , it will pass soon had your brain works out your not scared of your thoughts anymore ,, just go about your day scared stiff you be fine nothing can happen ypur in complete controll you just need loads of reassuring which is bad for you plus time to heal ,,, try and do other hobbies or walks of exercise that releases chemicals called dopamine which dilutes cortisol so u feel a bit better ,, all meds from doctor does is stop you producing the chemical cortisol so it blocks it , so u feel less scared but you can do it naturally if your brave enuff ,,,, just walk around feeling scared and anxious for a bit ,, your going through the grieving process it takes time ,,, day by day or hour by hour you be fine trust me

Stress I mean in cortisol ,, your thinking pattern changes from normal to fear because of the chemical cortisol which is released into the brain and blood stream ,, this alerts the whole body to run , infacts gives u strength to run ,, that is stress to much of this chemical causes your thought patterns that’s all it is ,, the chemical released causes you to be fearful because you think your in danger when your not ,,, unfortunately because you know deep down why am I like this it makes u worse ,, pointless googling stuff because that will scare you more , stress has hormones and that’s what I mean , your beleaving your false fear becuse the chemical released in fear are very powerfull ,, when you understand what’s going on then you can start to rationalise what’s happening,, you be fine

Ask for her diagnosis, tell her your concerns and exactly what you told me just know , then ask for a second opinion and give all your concerns ,, that’s all advice I can give , your best bet Is always follow the advice of doctors , you been through a tuff time , this will take time and I can’t give advice on meds that’s a doctors job ,, raise your concerns with meds with doctors and tell them your determined to get through this and I promise you they will help you but it does take time ,, one step at a time try not to rush or get it All done in a day ,,

Thanks brother will try it Sucka real bad it makes me think like well if my cousin had that I must have it and I feel the symptoms but like you said I’m hoping it’s just anxiety ig started once he passed

Yea man it’s so hard I got too find ways to deal with this better ever since he passed it’s like his whole illness scared me and I even get thoughts of someone is trying to hurt me but I kno there not true I just been feeling like this because of what happened with him and my ocd and depression

I’m trying to stay positive it’s just the panic attacks and thoughts don’t go away I’m giving it my best shot I kno it’s gonna take some time I hope it all works out in the long run

I kno it’s gonna take a long time before this gets better the dumbest things pop up like what if you hear a noise and it means someone is trying to do dknething to you I kno it’s my anxiety I’ve been up for almost 2 days it gets that bad I kno I don’t have those illnesses but it bothers me very much hope your doing alright as well Brother this thing with my cousin really messed me up since I was diagnosed with ocd anxiety depression and he was diagnosed with his diagnosis everything was good till he did what he did to himself then my mind has spiraled ever since my father died also about 3 weeks after him

Or if noise of any kind or talking or objects mean something all that started happening after he passed maybe it’s from googling so much plus my anxiety

Hey how you been ? Hope all is well , I talked with my physiatrist today about what we’ve been talking about and she offered antipsychotic meds which only make me feel worse now to think there’s something wrong with me but I kno there isn’t I’m just going through a lot and my ocd is destroying me I kno no one is after me or anything like that or that someone is trying to do something to me or anything I explain to her this started happening after what happens with my cousin and then dad and other things and her only option is that

I’m scared man I kno this is not me it can’t be it’s just a lot going on none of these thoughts are real they just bother me a lot. Beacause like I said I’m scared to become more ill and my anxiety is firing all day long with flooding thoughts of paranoid things which I feel give me Korea Niceto and a shitty feeling then paranoia I even be like why should I think like this bout my family friends or others it’s just killing me man sorry to bother you bro just really badly stressed
