Same for me. Then I start questioning everything and tell myself ‘what if I just go insane and I never get better.?

@dmuhnyyy Same. Sometimes It gets so bad so I think " what if it means Its just a beginning of serious mental disorder " and sometimes I start to believe I'm already mad . But someone on this app once said that the best thing to do is acting like you dont have a depresonalization/ derealisation and focus on something else so this feeling will go away . and actually it works the best cause at the time when I was very social and I was going out to pubs often I used to get derealisation from time to time when I was drunk and it was usually when we were talking in the table with some other drunk people-read tourists ( I'm shy so I dont like meeting new people very much ) so i was trying to be focused on other people and on conversation and it was easy . But I didn't have big anxiety back then. So the best is to stop paying attention and do something else and do not focus on every detail , positive thinking is awesome .

@Jamarceline I think that’s so key to literally this entire mental disorder (shifting focus). I’ve noticed the more attention I give the panic, the worse it gets. But it’s so hard sometimes. Today I woke up afraid of feeling panicky and it was like I had anxiety about anxiety. I stayed at my apt and it was still there. But I went to walk my dog and felt much better. I just hate when we feel like WE HAVE TO pay attention to it.

@dmuhnyyy Yeah . The fear of having another pannic attack is very common. Yeah this feeling of urge to pay attention to detail is the worst literally. Do you check your blood sometimes ? Like if you have good levels of vitamins and other stuff ? I stopped having panic attacks after 10 days of supplementing vitamins B and increasing eating beef 3 -4 times a week instead of once a month

@dmuhnyyy You just helped me with something very important xD cause I wasnt diagnosed with OCD officially yet . And I was wondering so long how should I explain to psychiatrist why I think I have OCD. Cause in my country they usually just say that patient has " Anxiety disorder " and it's the end of diagnosis. So I'll tell him or her that I have urge to pay attention to senseless details in everything and then I'll give examples !

@Jamarceline I was actually thinking of taking vitamins and changing my diet before going to meds. Has that helped you? Yes anxiety in itself can be very similar, but the distinction between ocd and regular anxiety is obsessing. The NEED TO KNOW feeling. The urges and feelings that come along with it

@dmuhnyyy Yes it helped me very much ! I dont take vitamins anymore but I do it beef almost everyday and take cbd oil and drink cbd tea . I didn't know meat can be healthy for anxiety until I found Mikhaila Peterson on yt . She had some serious mental problems and autoimmune illness and doctors couldn't help her so she went on elimination diet and found out that by eating only beef , salt and water she feels healthy. You can look up her yt channel . She also has instagram and page on fb called " dont eat that "
