Sounds like you’ve got trauma along with OCD. It’s important to remember that these thoughts are senseless- they are just random suggestions from our brains that have no importance or reflection of who we are. When we attach fear to them, our brain labels them as important and brings them up more often. I’m not sure what’s the best advice to give you since I haven’t read on how to deal with trauma. Telling myself statements like “OCD is a compulsive disorder, not an impulsive disorder- I still have the ability to choose my response” has really helped me
